Abstract

Supply chain is coordinated system of people, resources, information, etc., involved in the movement of materials from a state of raw materials to final customer, and to ensure the integration of all participants and the exchange of information along the entire supply chain.. One of potential problem of SC that is the subject of optimization and with whose improvement is achieved a series of effects - economic, environmental, etc. is transportation problem. The choice of method for optimization of this problem has a significant impact on the quality of the solutions, which are shown in this paper on the example of the supply chain of fruit producing company. The paper applied two algorithms to optimize part of the supply chain: exact and heuristic. The result of their use is the reduction of the transport operation, as well as insight into the overall way that the transport part of the supply chain function, and the possibilities for its improvement.

TRANSPORTNI ZADATAK

U funkcionisanju LS-a se povezuju mnoge kompanije koje su uključene u realizaciju tokova materijala i informacija kroz niz logističkih procesa, od prikupljanja sirovina do isporuke gotovih proizvoda krajnjem korisniku [1]. Relacije među učesnicima lanca su višedimenzionalne, a jedan od bitnih izmeritelja je izražen kroz obim transportnog rada koji je neophodno izvršiti, da bi lanac funkcionisao kao jedinstven sistem, tj. Od izvora sirovina, do isporuke gotovih proizvoda korisnicima [4]. Postoje različiti pristupi u rešavanju TZ-a i kako je navedeno, u radu su prikazana dva algoritma, optimizacioni (egzaktni) i heuristički, gde je pretpostavljeno sledeće [5]: minimizacija ukupnih troškova transporta ili transportnog rada u celom LS-u; respektovanje ograničenja kapaciteta učesnika (objekata) LS-a; primena načela jednoznačnosti izmeritelja u celokupnom LS-u
