Abstract

The study introduces a mathematical model of transient heat conduction in nonlocal continuous medium. The model was built relying on the relation between rational thermodynamics of irreversible processes and an internal state parameter and taking into account the delay in heat accumulation. The calculation was performed in a one-dimensional case for the surface heating problem. The study introduces a mathematical model of transient heat conduction in nonlocal continuous medium.
