Abstract
The one-loop amplitudes of Klein bottle, cylinder and Möbius strip topologies with external closed string tachyons are explicitly obtained in the bosonic string theories. The divergences in these amplitudes are interpreted as due to tree-level and one-loop dilaton tadpoles.
