Abstract
Some complete metric spaces consisting of functions are introduced. An extensive class of nonlinear partial differential expressions has there closed extensions with common dense essential domain stable under perturbations. Solutions of corresponding equations coincide with viscosity (discontinuous) solutions. Some applications to Hamilton-Jacobi equations with convex hamiltonian (usual in Control Theory) are given.
