Abstract

The dosing of antiretrovirals in children living with HIV aims to achieve drug exposures similar to those observed in successfully treated adults and to monitor safety. This aim applies to all diseases in which the exposure–response relationship is expected to be similar in adults and children. 1 Dunne J Rodriguez WJ Murphy MD et al.
