Abstract
病人,男,50岁.自感右上腹部饱胀不适,以进食后症状更加重2个月,近1周右上腹部出现隐痛,体重减轻,无恶心、呕吐和发热.于2008年8月9日入院,体温37.0 ℃.体检:心肺(一),巩膜及皮肤无黄染,上腹部隆起,无腹壁静脉曲张.右上腹部触及直径约150 mm×130 mm的肿块,质中等,边界清楚,无压痛,随呼吸上下移动。
