Abstract
高雪病患者通常仅表现为骨髓中发现一种细胞胞浆呈皱纹纸样改变的高雪细胞增多[1],合并尼曼-匹克细胞增多的病例较为少见.我院收治1例高雪病伴尼曼-匹克细胞增多的病例,现报告如下. 患者女,32岁,山东人.2个月前,患者无诱因出现双下肢散在小出血点,在当地医院查血常规:PLT(50～70)×109/L,偏低;Hb 87～93g/L,WBC(3.3～6.8)×109/L.腹部B超示脾大.骨髓穿刺:骨髓增生活跃,粒、红两系正常,淋巴细胞占0.07,巨核细胞全片可见416个,PLT散在,较少见,类似尼曼-匹克细胞占0.06;考虑类脂质沉积病(尼曼-匹克病).患者于2008年12月来北京医院门诊就诊。
