Abstract

Last week, President Joe Biden sent the White House National Drug Control Strategy, his first, to Congress. At a time when opioid overdoses have reached a record high, the strategy, as expected, includes much language relating to saving lives, including the administration's three‐pronged harm‐reduction strategy: naloxone, fentanyl test strips and syringe exchange programs.
