Abstract

The paper presents an experimental investigation of ultra-wideband (UWB) on-body propagation channels. Effects of different antennas on path loss and propagation delay parameters are also demonstrated. Results highlight the consequences of changes in body postures and positions on path loss and delay profile variations. The study also shows the important relation between on-body channels and antenna characteristics
