Abstract
When we use streamers or ocean-bottom cables, we have the data in real time. When we use autonomous ocean-bottom nodes, we have the data only when we retrieve them. With 100 days endurance, we may be shooting blind for three months without knowing if we are recording good data, or not. This may cause anxiety for some people.
