Abstract
Virasoro constraints for orbifold Gromov-Witten theory are described. These constraints are applied to the degree zero, genus zero orbifold Gromov-Witten potentials of the weighted projective stacks , , and to obtain formulas of descendant cyclic Hurwitz-Hodge integrals.
