Abstract

It is shown that the contributions of spin—rotational and dipole—dipole interactions to the nuclear magnetic relaxation of liquid samples containing two different kinds of spin-½ nuclei can be determined from the results of measurements made at a single temperature of the transient and steady-state Overhauser effects and the relaxation rates of each kind of nucleus.
