Abstract
Nucleon-nucleon bremsstrahlung data in the soft photon region may be used in fitting the elastic NN phase shifts. Such data provides information about elastic phase shifts over a range of energies. A simple illustration of the usefulness of the NN γ data is provided at 99 MeV where there is a discrepancy between theory and experiment.
