Abstract
AbstractUsing two‐port network transmission parameters, we derive exact expressions for the voltage/current gains and the input/output impedances of common amplifier topologies. The derived expressions are valid both for BJT and MOS‐based amplifiers and are independent of any particular small signal transistor model. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
