Abstract

A rigorous theory of electric properties of anisotype heterojunctions with interface states is constructed. Current—voltage and capacity—voltage characteristics of such heterojunctions are calculated. The validity criteria of the Anderson theory of ideal heterojunction are formulated. These criteria are shown to be bias dependent and to be different for different characteristics of heterojunctions. [Russian Text Ignored].
