Abstract

A constitutive model for orthotropic elastoplasticity at finite plastic strains is presented in this chapter and aspects of its numerical implementation are addressed. The constitutive equations are related to the intermediate configuration, which is defined by F = FeFp. For the description of orthotropy in the elasticity law, the yield function structural tensors are introduced in the chapter, which allows a representation as isotropic tensor functions. The theory satisfies full invariance requirements.
