Abstract
A semiphenomenological function for the temperature variation of the magnetic susceptibility X( T) of Rh up to the melting point is presented. It interpolates between Pauli-Stoner (itinerant) and Curie (localized) behaviour. The low temperature expansion of X( T) up to T 2 can be correlated with the band structure dependent spin fluctuation model of Béal-Monod.
