Abstract

The international financial crisis affected the healthy development of some small and medium enterprises our country, also exposed the problems to be solved in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. How to solve these problems in the Postfinancial Crisis Times lies in the innovation of enterprise human resources management. This paper analyzes the main problems of the medium-sized and small enterprises financial crisis under the influence of the human resource management, and proposed countermeasures for the implement human resource management.
