Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the problem of developing digital skills among school teachers in Kyrgyzstan. The rapid development of digital technologies dictates new needs in the education system associated with modern equipment and software, primarily with the training of teaching staff. The authors review the legal acts regulating additional vocational education in Kyrgyzstan. The results of a study conducted among secondary school teachers are proposed to study the level of their digital literacy. The materials of the article were tested at the international conference "Educational strategies and innovations in the era of digitalization", which was held on October 5-6 at the American University of Central Asia.
