Abstract
This article studies the relevant theory of agent construction system, and according to the system’s operating condition in China, it further elaborates the definition of agent construction system and the agent projects’ risk on the basis of summarizing the practical experience. Combined with the actual construction projects, it summarizes the risk identification, and it evaluates the risk by using the multilevel vague -complex evaluation. It puts forward the precautions of agent risks from the perspectives of improving the law, sharpening the sense of risk management, improving the way to choose the agent, cultivating comprehensive professional construction team, establishing specific risk management institution and establishing the set mechanism of credit and insurance.
