Abstract
Some characteristic properties of the two-dimensional wave packet propagation across an abrupt plasma-vacuum and dielectric fluid-vacuum boundary are deduced. The momentum left behind the wave packet is found. It is shown, that the momentum localisation and distribution is other and more complicated, than it has been supposed previously.
