Abstract
HUYNH Huu Tinh lecturer, University of Security, Ministry of Public Security, Vietnam On the question of the sign of “organized” in crimes against national security under the criminal law of Vietnam Research on crimes of infringing upon national security in the Criminal Code 2015 (Criminal Code 2015) shows that the “organized” signs are regulated and exist in many different forms, leading to many concerns Controversial points regarding this provision. In order to unify in the awareness and application of the law, the article exchanged some contents on the “organized” sign of crimes against on crimes of infringing upon national security.
