Abstract

The authors address the debatable issue of the place of rights, characterized as economic, in the totality of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen. Thus, it is indicated that in the legal literature there are several approaches to solving this issue, and diametrically opposed. The authors join the position of scientists, additionally arguing the conclusion that economic rights should be considered as an independent group due to the distinctive features inherent in economic rights.
