On the Protection of Intellectual Property in China for the Rendering of Library Services via the Internet

Abstract

The Internet provides new opportunities for further development of information and library service, but at the same time new problems arise relating to compliance and protection of copyright. The following essay discusses some measures of Chinese libraries aimed at preventing violations of intellectual property rights.
