Abstract
The encouragement of workers for work is a power vested in any employer. It is labor legislation that regulates the grounds and procedure for the implementation of the employer's power in this part. At the same time, labor legislation also provides for special incentives, such as submission to state awards. The peculiarity of this type of incentive is that relations are no longer regulated only by labor legislation, but also by norms of a different industry affiliation, which inevitably creates problems of legal regulation that require permission.
