Abstract
Measurements of velocity in near-Earth heliosphere were analized in order to investigate systematical deflection fromtransversality of velocity fluctuations in solar wind. Deflections of two kinds have been considered. One of them is char-acteristic of fluctuations occured in azimuthal plain of heliosphere, while another is inherent in fluctuations occurred inmeridional plain during minima of solar cycle.
