Abstract
AbstractCalculations are made of the acoustic and optical phonon drag effect contributions to some of the isothermal thermomagnetic coefficients. The scattering is considered to be a mixture of acoustic, optical, and ionized impurity scattering. It is found that the optical phonon drag is of more importance for the thermomagnetic effects than for the thermoelectric effects.
