Abstract

Abstract The occurrence in New Zealand of Lymnaea auricularia (L.) is recorded for the first time, and its status world-wide is briefly discussed, with particular reference to its role in economic parasitology. The lymnaeid fauna of New Zealand is briefly reviewed.
