On the most general linear and local boundary conditions

Abstract

Electromagnetic boundary conditions of the most general linear and local type, involving 10 parameters, are defined in this paper and some properties and interesting special cases are considered. The paper is devoted to the memory of professor Staffan Strom (1934–2016), who is remembered as an outstanding scientist in Electromagnetic Theory.
