Abstract

Magnetoconductance of a Ba-doped La2CuO4 crystal at the field of the spin structure change has been studied to examine its carrier concentration dependence. The present hole system which has the much larger conductivity than that of pure La2CuO4, also exhibits very large magnetoconductance. From the Hall voltage measurements, it is known that the excess high field conductance is mainly due to the increase of the carrier mobility.
