Abstract

We study the k-summability of divergent formal solutions to the Cauchy problem of a class of higher order linear partial differential equations with time-dependent coefficients. The problem is reduced to the k-summability of formal solutions for linear singular ordinary differential equations associated with the original Cauchy problem by means of successive approximation method.
