Abstract
The article considers the technology of obtaining organomineral sorbents with a highly developed porous structure from the waste of coal enrichment – carbon flotation tailings. The synthesis of sorbents was carried out using electric arc plasma with the development of a technique for obtaining combined sorbents used for wastewater treatment. The article presents data on the study of functional groups of coal-sludge raw materials to establish the composition and structure of the surface layer with the identification of the nature of surface compounds. The article also discusses a series of laboratory and industrial tests of the sorption-filtering properties of the obtained organomineral sorbents in wastewater treatment and water treatment.
