Abstract
The article presents the current state of normative-legal regulation, which determines the requirements for appearance, sportswear and footwear of students in physical education. Despite the realization of the unity of the educational space in the Russian Federation, the differences in the requirements for the educational process and the lack of normative-legal regulation of this issue are revealed. The results of the online survey of physical education teachers of Moscow schools are given. The provisions of local normative acts of the top 20 Moscow schools are identified, the requirements of sport are generalized, and a comparative analysis of information from physical education textbooks is given. Conclusions on the necessity of development of uniform requirements to the appearance, sportswear and footwear of students are drawn. The article can be useful for specialists of executive authorities in the field of education to improve the normative-legal regulation of safe conditions of the educational process in the subject “Physical education".
