Abstract

One of the urgent issues of today is the social protection of the unemployed, which is diverse and can be reduced to several organizational and legal forms. One of the organizational and legal forms of social protection of the unemployed is the mandatory state social insurance in case of unemployment. which is regulated by law, as a result of which legal relations arise in the relevant area. The purpose of the article is to clarify the object of legal relations from mandatory state social insurance in case of unemployment, which is of key importance in the structure of such legal relations. It was concluded that the object of legal relations is what their subjects exercise their subjective rights and legal obligations. The main purpose of the object is that it makes it possible to find out about what legal relations arise, what their legal regulation should be aimed at, what techniques and methods of the latter should be used to satisfy the interests and needs of individuals or legal entities. Not only the behavior of the subjects of legal relations, but also the achievement of the latter’s ultimate goal depends on how fully and correctly the object will be defined. The objects of legal relations from the mandatory state social insurance in case of unemployment are (a) social insurance benefits and (b) social insurance services. Social insurance benefit is a periodic or one-time cash payment in the system of mandatory state social insurance in case of unemployment, which is provided by the insurer in the event of unemployment or death of an unemployed person or a person who was dependent on him. Social insurance services are measures provided in the system of mandatory state social insurance in case of unemployment, which are aimed at individuals or their groups who are in a difficult life situation due to unemployment and cannot overcome it on their own, with the aim of improving their life activities, social adaptation and return to a full-fledged life.
