Abstract

Differentiation of the "goals of education" concept in relation to its functioning as the sociocultural absolute and as other functional groups is being considered in this article. It has been shown that the "teleological" Discourse cannot confront either the argumentation eliminating its meaning or the effective forms of its own epistemic statement. The ontological system of descriptors, which allows creating culturally grounded characteristics of educational systems, has been outlined.
