Abstract
The authors of the article suggest a method for assessing the stability of medical personnel in medical organizations, which is based on the analysis of the age of doctors and the duration of their work in this organization. According to the authors, this method is convenient to use and can be used in the implementation of the project «Quality and safety of medical activities» in the section «HR».
