Abstract

The Internet is an indispensable tool for modern people's life, study and work. While the Internet brings convenience to modern people and promotes their all-round development, it also to some extent deprives them of physical activities and prevents them from becoming better human beings. This paper looks at the group of college students, analyzing the influence of the Internet on their physical exercise behavior and making suggestions for developing sports activities in colleges and universities.
