Abstract
We develop an optical model of imaging of wind roughness on a sea surface in diffuse sky light with allowance for bound waves (parasitic capillary ripple) on the front slope of decimeter gravity waves. It is found that in the case of oblique observation, free and bound waves give different contribution to the statistical characteristics of the image of a rough sea surface.
