Abstract
Purpose: To observe degradation performance of stranded iodine-125 seeds connected with biodegradable AZ31B magnesium alloy in vivo; to compare degradation rate of biodegradable AZ31B magnesium alloy in rabbit VX2 tumor tissue and rabbit muscle tissue; when the tumor reduced by irradiation after the implantation of stranded seeds, to observe whether stranded seeds could break, whether seeds could gather with the dwindling of the tumor.
