Abstract
The article is devoted to the impact of processes of transformation of the administrative branch of the power-management services, as well as the activities of the Federation of trade unions of the Republic of Bashkortostan on the formation and transformation of political image in the region. The publication draws attention to the fact that the political image of Bashkortostan is gradually characterized as follows: a republic with a legitimate regime-clan conservation; a region that is at the stage of political reform; a Russian subject with an extremely controlled democracy with a certain degree of pluralism.
