Abstract
As the landslide area was fertile and blessed with the abundant water which was necessary to live and farm, the area was cleared land for the farm from time immemorial. But the area have been moving some time suddenly, others slowly from ancient time, and people in the area have been troubled with and suffered from the mass movement.The author, therupon, reviewed the history of the change of landslide disaster to regional inhabitants in the area, and the change of the method of disposal with the mass movement. And he thought the relation between the preventive works and the investigation necessary to before and after the works.
