Abstract

In frequency domain antenna array processing, broadband signals received on elements are Fourier transformed and each bin is processed using narrow-band processors. This paper investigates how these processors perform at different frequency bins for a given array geometry. An analysis is presented to show the effect of isotropic noise on the performance of two array processors. The array processors considered are an element space processor and a beam space processor.
