Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s clothing market, clothing enterprises have ushered in development opportunities. However, some clothing enterprises still adopt the traditional management concept, which leads to the low efficiency and quality of enterprise management, resulting in a big gap with the clothing enterprises adopting the digital management concept. For clothing enterprises, digital transformation is an inevitable step to meet the development requirements of the information age. This paper firstly introduces the basic concept of digital enterprise management, then analyzes the shortcomings of the current clothing enterprise management, and then discusses the key points of digital transformation of clothing enterprise management combined with the characteristics of clothing enterprises.
