Abstract

The purpose of the paper is a critical «reading» of the Declaration of the Rights of Man and Citizen of 1789, a revision of the French revolutionary experience of the Yusnaturalism «implementation». It became clear that the content of the revolutionary text and the experience of «implementing» its most important provisions fully correspond to the declarative nature of this document. Contrary to the original idea of the creators of the Declaration, the idea of universal domination of the universal legal way of life turned out to be completely illusory even in their own country, we don’t mention the rest of the world.
