Abstract

This paper studies the resource coordination mechanism of cluster community elderly service systems. Considering the diversity of elderly service resources, the third-party institutions is used to integrate the service resources. The non peer two-way cross chain resource coordination mechanism is proposed, and the model of the clustered elderly system is built based on the method of system dynamics. Three evaluation indexes of bullwhip effect, total resource level and service satisfaction are selected to simulate and analyze the model by using the Vensim software. The results show that the resource coordination model can effectively realize the resource complementation. Compared with the single chain mechnisim, the mechinisim we proposed significantly reduces the total resource level of a single supply chain, effectively improves service satisfaction, and greatly weakens the bullwhip effect.
