Abstract
Abstract We argue that inside the region of existence of incommensurate phases with defects there is a phase transition which is Localized approximately at the boundary of the solution-like regime and the sinusoidal one. This transition separates ordered and disordered phases(for random temperature type defects) or different disordered ones (for random field type defects).
