Abstract
On a obtenu des spectres AAT/IPCS pour une partie de la region nucleaire et pour quatre regions HII dans la galaxie SABc NGC 2997, et pour le noyau et cinq regions HII dans la galaxie prototype Sd du groupe Sculptor, NGC 7793. On a deduit les abondances de l'intensite des raies d'emission. On discute des relations qui existent entre les gradients d'abondance et les autres caracteristiques des galaxies spirales
