Abstract
The aim of this paper is to show that the lognormal statistical manifold admits a potential-gradient system which is Hamiltonian, completely integrable and has a Lax pair representation by a symmetric matrix. The explicit solutions of this gradient system are also determined by means of the associated linear system.
