Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of civil liability of banks and notaries in the field of inheritance law. The article describes the doctrinal approaches to the definition of civil liability. Specific court cases with examples of illegal behavior of banks and notaries in the field of inheritance law, as well as their consequences, are given. The author’s position on the problem under consideration is expressed.
