Abstract
In May 2014 in the aft bay of Votkinsk Hydraulic Power Station in illegal catches, two specimens of taimen delivered for study were found. Measurements and description of one of specimens was performed. Catch of taimen can indicate that, in the Lower Kama reservoir, a small population of this species has retained.
